A Well-being Retreat for Women
With AnamCara Bowen ‘Alchemy of the Heart’©
In honour of Harvest Queen, Earth Mother, Demeter, the Corn Goddess, we will nurture the seed of our own harvest, that which contains the magic and mystery of our soul’s longing, our deep feminine values and innate wisdom at its heart. A place to unwind with the sounds of nature, gentle movement practices and dance, Blue Lotus Tea and Cacao ceremonies, a chance to connect with like-minded women and most especially time for you.
You will be guided with self-care and nourishing body practices, to feel cared for and care free. You will leave feeling deeply rested, resourced and replenished ready for your ongoing journey. Held by the sacred land of Dartmoor, Bala Brook offers beautiful refurbished accommodation, nourishing wholefood vegan cooking, spacious rooms for movement and dance, an outside fire circle, woodlands and moorlands plus the magical sound of the river running alongside.
All sessions are optional and you are welcome to join in the following:
- Blue Lotus tea ceremony
- Self-Reflective/Movement Practice in Nature
- Body Alchemy – Shamanic Movement Practice for wellbeing and empowerment
- Cacao Ceremony
- Time to relax and enjoy the sacred land surrounding Bala Brook
