Forest bathing or “Shinrin-yoku”, is a health promoting practice originated in Japan.
It holds a resonance with the practice of mindfulness as a state of being in sensory immersion, translating as “bathing in the atmosphere of the forest.”
Intuitive or expressive art is the process of creating guided by what feels interesting and good to you in that moment. It is an adventure where there are no goals to make “art”. It is allowing yourself to be open to the curiosity, magic and delight of being present on the journey.
Both these practices focus on enhancing your intuition which always has your best interests at heart, helping you make decisions and honouring your needs.

Over the three days, working in partnership with the land and the elements I will offer you:

  • Time to be
  • Time to play and create
  • Time to reflect together and alone

Within these spacious offerings I will guide you with simple invitations to gently explore and deepen your relationship with yourself and the natural world.
This is the perfect digital detox, bringing you home to your senses and leaving you inspired and refreshed.
No art experience necessary. This retreat is suitable for beginners or practicing artists of all mediums. Come free up your style or explore your untapped creativity
Take away – invitations and techniques to help you continue on your nature connection journey wherever you are and promote your wellbeing.
Creative invitations to share with friends and family to help them create a deeper relationship with Nature in a playful way.
