The Art of Breathing
There will be traditional hatha yoga sessions bringing stillness to the mind and body, including postural techniques and meditation. Additionally we shall be looking at the physiology of the breath with practical exercises, including the Three Part Yogic Breath. All the yoga sessions on the retreat are quite suitable for beginners.
The weekend will also include massage workshops, featuring head, face and foot massage techniques.
These popular workshops with Chantelle Yong have been a feature of our yoga weekends. A chance to learn and experience useful massage techniques in a friendly environment.
On Saturday there will be a guided walk on the moor and Circle Dancing in the evening.
