Jo PellyDaily pranayama and hathayoga sessions, meditation sessions with lead-in teaching/guidance. Suitable for normally fit people with some yoga experience.
Optional Dartmoor walking, water-colour painting.
Delicious vegetarian food, with professional cook.
Five days, four nights. Single rooms, shared bathroom £240, ensuite £265.
On any of these retreats you can stay extra day £20.

Daily Schedule
7.00 pranayama
Breakfast
9.30 meditation with short talk/instructions a sitting posture is encouraged, but some people use chairs
10.50 hathayoga suitable for normally fit yogis
Lunch
afternoon; free, or optional water-colour painting
5.00 Meditation or yoga or walk
supper
7.45 Meditation or walk or free.
If the weather is fine we may do a longer walk on Dartmoor one afternoon. Please bring your own bedlinen.
There will only be 10 people on these retreats.
