Hiring Costs
Residential Groups
Weekends or several days. Groups are self-catering. People bring their own bed-linen and towels.
Per person per day (night) - £30
Minimum weekend (2 day) hire charge £300 plus £100 per extra day.
Day Events including half-days
£75 for use of yoga-meditation room, toilets, kitchen and garden.
also using our Aga cooker, cooking equipment, and/or additional rooms
Deposit
Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit.
£200 for a weekend (up to 4 nights), £400 for five or more nights.
This is non returnable for cancellations.
Additional Costs
If people forget to bring their own bed linen there will be a charge of £14 for using ours.
If a caterer is needed, Bala Brook can recommend someone with whom the leader can make arrangements on menus and costs. Food must be vegetarian.
